Leadership Team Assessment:
Our approach to ensuring Leadership Team Alignment takes into account each individual leadership team members preferences, motivations, career values, and leadership styles, as well as the company goals and current state (leveraged from the Company Assessment). With those things in mind, leadership gaps can be identified, understood, and filled as the organization grows. This approach also takes into consideration the typical structure successful services companies take to ensure scaling of the talent infrastructure.We use four Individual Assessments for each leader to create profiles of individuals. We then compile the individual results creating a composite team profile to identify Leadership Team trends and gaps.

Company Design & Role Alignment:
Once a company has been assessed and Leadership Team profile gaps have been identified, the company’s organization structure and roles can be aligned and optimized to maximize individual and company performance.Our approach uses the Company and Individual Leadership Team Assessment findings as well as organizational models for service companies, to produce a gap analysis, organization structure, further Leadership Team role alignment, talent and individual profile gaps, and hiring recommendations.

Talent Acquisition:
Our approach adds rigor to your hiring process with the addition of a formal assessment of individual motivators, allowing candidates to be mapped to motivational profiles for each organizational role, of particular importance with leadership / senior position. TLG Motivational Profiles are provided for individual role and company fit. These profiles were developed using the Individual Directions Inventory (motivation assessment) and best practices from nearly 30 years observing talent in service organizations. Additionally,TLG can support our clients attract, select, and retain the right talent throughout the process. We can help in reviewing resumes, conducting screening interviews, assessing motivators and personality profiles of candidates, providing interview support and selection recommendation, as well as on-boarding support to ensure the partnership is successful with new hires.
