Individual Assessment (Career Alignment Package):
We believe that growth and development begin with a fundamental understanding of who a person is, what their behavioral preferences are, what motivates them, and how to harness their strengths. Our individual assessment approach leverages the power of four assessments, expert analysis, and integration into career goals to help individuals apply learnings.

Individual Coaching:
A good coaching / advising relationship is created through a solid understanding of an individual’s situation, desires, and pain points. Our approach begins with thorough assessment and exploration of your needs, followed by integration of personal preferences related to values, strengths, motivators, blind spots, etc. These are then leveraged into a co-created plan of action and identification of next steps to work towards individual goals. We believe this process is best supported through a dedicated relationship that explores through guided conversations and exercises, barriers to success and overcoming them.

Leadership / Managerial Skill Development (training):
Our approach to training takes into consideration how leaders need to work in order to have high impact in a world where employees are no longer “in the office.” We customize our content to be relevant to the start-up, consulting, and/or Salesforce space so that training is appropriate, applicable, and accessible. Our leaders flourish because they are individually attended to throughout our programs virtual programs. We offer a menu of modules in the Leadership and Management area so that curriculum can be specifically designed to fit unique needs.
For individuals, we are happy to integrate you into a Leadership Development Program with other individuals or another company(s) undergoing similar training, depending on the need and fit.
