A multi-generational team built on real-world experience

TLG was founded by a dynamic daughter-father team who bring a multi-generational perspective to addressing company culture and career longevity.

Dr. Jessica Lueck (Dr. Jess) is a business psychologist who studied burnout as a way to recover from her own. Her career has been dedicated to building burnout-proof systems and careers.

Greg Lueck is an engineer by trade, a builder at the core. He has been growing companies in the high tech space since before Dr. Jess was born.

In their joint lifetimes, they have watched many companies breeze past the line of their biggest goals.
