What’s included? Over the course of approximately 4 weeks (we’ll go at your pace):
- You Take 4 Assessments - MBTI (Meyers-Briggs), Social/Leadership Styles Inventory, Career Values Questionnaire, & Individual Directions Inventory (Motivators)
- You meet with an experienced coach to understand your assessment results and how to apply them to your current and potential career situation
- You participate in a laser coaching session to create a roadmap for your career, ensure your formula is balanced, and determine next steps for your career health
