COMPANY ASSESSMENT

Our Company Assessment approach takes a holistic look at an organization’s overall capability to grow through the lenses of Identity, Go To Market, Service Execution, People, and Governance.  We specialize in assessing both service and product companies. By assessing the organization as a whole, gaps, risks, as well as strengths are identified and presented in prioritized recommendations, in a written report with accompanying review sessions. Through the Company Assessment process, we help clients identify and address critical barriers to scalability and growth attainment.

 Company / Product Assessment Deliverables:

Individual interview with President / Founder (2 hours)
> Group (or individual) interviews with extended leadership team (timing dependent on format)
> Review of company documents (e.g. org charts, sample contracts, etc.)
> Interviews analysis, results aggregation, recommendation creation, yielding Findings Report including:
Review of common themes across interviews and company lenses including Identity, Go To Market, Execution, People, and
Governance; TLG Matrix Scoring across company lenses; Growth paradigm analysis; SWOT analysis; Recommendations across
company lenses prioritized by urgency and impact; Suggested next steps
> Review of the Findings Report with the leadership team (2 hours)
> Follow up advising to address next steps and provide additional consultation related to integrating the assessment (up to 2 hours)
> For a 360-degree view, surveying or additional interviewing can be conducted with the larger organization (outside of the identified leaders)
