Beyond our initial recommendations from our Company Assessment, we are often asked to provide advising and coaching in the areas of company strategy, go to market, and overall efficacy in the sales and marketing functions. From the Company Assessment, we leverage understanding where and organization is and where they want to go in order to help set the stage for advising relationships that allow us to further support strategic directions and efforts. We often work with leaders in an ongoing fashion to help them tune and deploy their strategy in order to meet company goals.
We are also often asked to provide additional feedback, consultation, and even content writing for online vehicles such as individual and company LinkedIn profiles, websites, and notably in the Salesforce space - Customer Success Stories (similar to case studies for those not in the SF space).
