The home project that started The Lueck Group
The Lueck Group was founded by Dr. Jessica Lueck — Dr. Jess — Business Psychologist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and burnout expert alongside her father, Greg Lueck, multi-time business builder, engineer, and glassblower, to provide high-impact services that change the landscape of company and career health.
Like most of the best ideas, TLG didn't start in a conference room. Jessica and Greg were in the middle of a home repair project — talking through siding planks and how a house only works when every system works together. And somewhere between the nails, siding, and paint, a framework clicked.
What makes a house stand isn't any single material or any single worker — it's the interplay of foundation, structure, systems, and care. What makes a business stand is exactly the same.
The House Framework wasn't invented — it was noticed. It was already there in the logic of how healthy organizations function. We just see it as a simple tool to color our assessment model.

As a recovered burnout from a former career as a therapist, Dr. Jess has a passion for creating burnout-proof systems and careers. She uses her background in mental health counseling and business psychology, plus over a decade delivering culture transformation and leadership services, to create high-impact programs for TLG’s clients.
Dr. Jess is known for helping leaders better understand themselves and their team members at work, connecting individual, team, and organizational psychology with the real conditions of business.
Greg brings something rare to the consulting world: a builder’s mindset. After decades spent launching and growing businesses, leading professional services engagements, and developing organizations and people, Greg approaches every client relationship the same way he approaches building something — with a plan, a level, and no tolerance for crooked foundations.
He grew up in a family construction business, growing into his own entrepreneurial endeavors, and career in professional services — giving him the ability to see both the physical and operational dimensions of what makes an organization work. Greg doesn't just advise. He builds alongside the people he works with.
A family legacy of building what lasts
The Lueck Group is the most recent — 2019 — in a family whose legacy spans many entrepreneurial endeavors. Over a lifetime, Greg and Jessica have watched several businesses of their own and of clients come to life. Some of them have sold and represent goals and dreams met, while others live on in new hands, or are destined for a legacy.
Both Greg and Dr. Jess grew up with a love for family business. Greg learned to build from his father at Lueck’s Home Improvement in Oshkosh, WI. Jess learned to blow glass from Greg at Firehouse Glass in Vancouver, WA. Both of these businesses are still operational and at least three generations in.
