This assessment looks at basic personality preferences and is based on Jungian personality types (16).
Go to https://www.truity.com to begin the MBTI (click the “TypeFinder 16 personalities” button to begin the questionnaire). Take the assessment online, by completing the scale items. Upon completion it will take you to a page with your preview results that offers to sell you an extended results report for around $29, you do not need to do this unless you want their report (some people like to have that, too). Instead, simply “save as” the results webpage to a PDF and email it to jessica@thelueckgroup.com. It's ok if the formatting is wonky, I just need the percentages / score associated with your dominant type. Some people also choose to just screen shot those portions (whatever is easiest for you works).
I will then complete an interpretation of your results from Myers Briggs resources I have (books) and we will have a discussion in our Assessment Review. I will provide an overview for you so you will have an assessment output you can reference later. The Myers Briggs came out of copyright many years ago, so there are several valid, free versions online. We use this method to keep unnecessary assessment costs down.

Use the SurveyMonkey link to take the Social Styles Inventory by rating yourself on the items. There are 18 items and it should take about 15 minutes. Submit your responses and your responses will be captured so I can score and interpret the results. I will provide a written summary of results for your later reference.

Use the SurveyMonkey link to take the Career Anchors Inventory by rating the items. Submit your responses and your results will be captured so I can interpret the results. Again, I will provide a written summary of results for later reference.
